Squirrels is the first new branch of Scouts in 35 years, catering for 4-5 year olds with the aim of getting them excited by nature from a young age. The look and feel was inspired by where the Scouts began – Brownsea Island, home to beautiful flora and fauna including red squirrels. From here we created an age appropriate visual language of native leaves, paper cut illustrations and tree rubbing textures.
